Until now, GAget has been my go-to app for Google Analytics data on my iPhone, but yesterday, Google released a free dedicated iOS app for Google Analytics too. It makes a welcome addition to Google’s existing range of iOS apps for Drive and AdSense for example, and is a promising sign of things to come for iOS users.
Although it’s optimised for iPhone and iPod Touch at the moment, we’re hoping for an iPad version to be made available in the near future.

The app packages all of the usual data categories like Real-Time stats, Audience, Acquisition, Behaviour and Conversions. We haven’t had a chance to play around with the app properly yet, but first impressions are good. There’s plenty of graphical data, and the app works swiftly.
